Shagrha proudly participated in the Youth Social Responsibility (YSR) Forum & Sports Expo 2025, the largest gathering for youth social responsibility in Egypt and the Middle East. The event, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from February 24 to 26, brought together organizations, experts, and young changemakers to discuss sustainability and social impact.
During the event, Shagrha welcomed His Excellency Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, to our booth. We presented our mission of promoting fruit tree planting and raising environmental awareness among young people. We sincerely appreciate the Minister’s support and look forward to future collaborations for a greener and more sustainable environment.
Shagrha’s participation also included a significant discussion with Ms. Manal Hosny, Program Specialist and Official Spokesperson for Ahl Masr Foundation, and Eng. Omar El Deeb, CEO of Shagrha for Sustainable Development. The conversation focused on the fruitful and ongoing cooperation between Shagrha and Ahl Masr Foundation, emphasizing the shared goal of creating greener and healthier spaces.
Throughout the three-day event, our booth attracted numerous visitors interested in sustainability and urban greenery. We engaged with young leaders, environmental advocates, and potential partners, showcasing how fruit trees can contribute to improving our cities and communities. The enthusiasm and interaction we received further strengthened our commitment to expanding green spaces and promoting environmental stewardship.
